I hear it all the time…I eat right, I work out and the weight keeps creeping on. Declining levels of estrogen has a lot to do with it. But, you don’t have to just sit back and accept this as a part of getting older. A lot of women have found success with the Keto diet to get the scale moving in the right direction. The keto diet focuses on eating a higher percentage of healthy proteins and healthy fats. Carbs are limited and come from veg and fruits vs processed carbs which can really do a number on your hormonal balance.
